Booking Confirmation & Instructions
You will receive an automatic response email shortly confirming that your booking has been received. Solo will then confirm your booking date by email at least one week prior to collection.

Total Items placed out for collection must not exceed 2 cubic metres (2mx1mx1m).

Resident must advise Solo no later than 48hrs prior to a collection date if they wish to cancel the booking, if no notice is received the booking will count as 1 collection toward the annual allowance.
